Cultivate Love Workshop
 with Momma Wall

CHELAN, Washington

june 24 - 27, 2019

Marriage. As a girl, it’s something I always dreamed about. Walking down the aisle in a beautiful white dress with the man of my dreams waiting to say “I do!” The reality is: marriage is made up of two humans and marriage takes work. After 27 years, I can say with all honesty that marriage is the best and the most challenging part of my entire life.  In 2016, we hosted the first Cultivating the Heart of a Wife workshop at the Delight House. I knew then that it would be the first of many Engaged/Newly Married workshops. As a group of women, we laughed, cried, worshipped, ate together and truly bonded. Most importantly, we learned to be better wives- TOGETHER. There is such refreshment and encouragement when women come together and share the highs and lows of marriage. If you are in need of Godly wisdom, advice, practical tips and community- this is for you!

Cultivate Love is a workshop designed for engaged and newly-married women (5 years or less), who desire to be the wife that God has called them to be. We want to invest in YOU as a wife to  help you serve your fiancé/husband well.

During the first few years of marriage, building a strong foundation is vital. This workshop is truly an investment in your marriage. It is a time to grow, learn and take action. I promise you will be walking away with so much practical advice and have gained a community of women who will support you, love you, and walk through life with you.  And when you get home to your husband, after the workshop high, has worn off you will still be able to put what you have gained and  learned into action.

With special guests Caryn Dawn, Heather Craven, Rachelle Chase, and Rhonda Jeremiah

I'm Kristin (a.k.a. “Momma Wall” to most), wife, mom & “mimi” to the cutest grandkids ever! If you have already met me face-to-face, I’m sure you would have gotten a big momma-bear hug from me. My personal hashtag is #nohandshakesinheaven. :)

I’m just me. I’m real. I’m blunt. I say it like it is. I don’t mince words. I believe everyday life is a gift. . . even the ordinary & mundane. I know firsthand that joy can be found in the midst of pain and suffering, in the messiness of life. I crave intentionality, but realize that when we surrender to the Holy Spirit, our lives may not look like we’d expect them to. Above all, I choose to be real, to share my story in hopes that it might help bring healing to others & to live in wholehearted surrender to my Jesus! I am excited to share with you about one of my favorite topics. . . marriage. After being married for 27 years, you would think I’d know all the answers, right? ;) But I can promise to share with you real-life learning experiences and how we are more in love now than we ever have been! I can’t wait to sit around the farmhouse table and hear your love story!

WHAT OTHER WIVES ARE SAYING

“I literally do not have words to adequately express the change that has taken place in my life since I went to the Cultivating the Heart of a Wife Workshop. Fourteen women gathered from across the country- we ate together, shared our struggles, shared our victories and most of all, we sought the Lord. Let me tell you, when you get 14 women together who are REAL ABOUT MARRIAGE, things happen- walls are broken, strongholds melt, bitterness flees and CHANGE comes. I would recommend that every newly married wife NEEDS to be at this workshop, it will truly change your marriage!”

Liz, ohio

“One of the highlights of my year was the Cultivating the Heart of a Wife Retreat! I went into the retreat newly engaged and excited to spend some time with other women in the same season and learn from those already married. We had real and open conversations that were so beneficial to me during that season and even now in my newly married state! I learned truth and heard testimonies from women that marriage can be hard but is an incredible gift from the Lord. I also learned how much influence we can have as a wife and how important it is to cultivate a Christ like heart for your husband. I made some great friendships that I know I can go to for anything! I can’t wait for the next one.”
